Looking to purchase or find a house in a nice neighborhood with good schools for the children . My income is low/moderate and we are just barely making it, because my rent is so high. I dont have perfect credit and I strugged just to get the bills paid. Most of the programs that I have looked into say that I am not qualified for low income programs.
The reason I am disabled is because I transported chemicals for Exxon while working as a ships Captain.O yeah I am still searching for a Lawyer or law firm that is not afraid of Exxon.Well that is why I am disabled and with very little mony and request info on Federal loans.
